• Compiling Classic UMN Gopher on Modern Linux Debian still ships with the original terminal Gopher client. It doesn’t compile out of the box on other distros, but so far I’ve figured out how to build it on Fedora and Arch with a CFLAGS change.
• Running Gophernicus on Alpine Linux I’m experimenting with Gopher again. The Gophernicus server works well on Alpine, but it takes a little extra work to get the prerequisites right.
